Ridgway Career Fair

The On Fleek Studio (OFS) team took a day off from our usual bustle at the studio to join the energetic atmosphere of Ridgway High School’s Career Fair. We were thrilled to engage with the future professionals of the beauty industry!

OFS Live Demonstrations

Early in the morning, we packed up our essential gear—service menus, business cards, and fun stickers—and headed to the school. Our booth, adorned with vibrant visuals and samples of our work, quickly became a hub of activity. Students and faculty members alike were drawn to our demonstrations, especially the soothing jelly masks that left everyone feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Student’s Questions

Throughout the day, we fielded numerous questions from curious students. They were eager to learn about everything from our personal paths into the beauty industry to the daily operations at our studio. It was incredibly rewarding to share our experiences and insights into a career that blends creativity with technical skill.

Diverse Career Paths

The highlight of our day was seeing how Ridgway High School supports diverse career paths, valuing vocational training in fields like cosmetology and aesthetics alongside traditional academic routes. This inclusive approach resonates deeply with us at OFS, where we cherish the unique journey of every team member.
